Pros
Asking around to my fellow coworkers made the Esop feel worth it. But when hired on they don't explain it or really anything else for that manner. Health benefits were a plus. My customers made it worth all the internal drama... I just minded my own, played oblivious to it. Pay isn't great at first, just living paycheck to paycheck... but the ESOP is adding up... if you can make it 5+ years living tight(expense wise), then you will be set.... ESOP= employee Stock Option
Cons
Omg.... all people with the management title just want to be cool to all the youngsters... they want to fit in the crowd. You'll have duties to do, which would be fine, but if you don't fulfill them then you get penalized.... hours cut and talked about behind your back.... managers will talk to regular employees about you behind your back..... but if I could work there again, I would with a quickness
