      -Good pay for a Grocery Store -Easy tasks -ESOP and 401k -Decent Health insurance -If you work here, put in an availability that works for your family and your health

      -Management shares confidential information about employees -2 shootings at the location I worked at. -Unsafe working conditions with a leaking roof -Morning shifts are given to favored employees -This is not really employee owned

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
