      Pros

      Once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy. You can also ask to do floor work after a month or two for extra hours.

      Cons

      Not the manager that is there (he's great), but upper management took away the bottled water they used to give us. This was when it was 114 degrees in August.

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break

      There is no pros to working here.

      Cons

      They don't account for any experience whatsoever. If you have 10 plus years in the same field they still screw you with base pay. Don't waste your time go to Walmart or smiths.
