Pros
Good benefits, fair step pay system, bonus gift cards when the store does well, ESOP will make you a lot in the long run, won't get fired unless you really mess up or do drugs.
Cons
Hard work, graveyard freight shift pulls most of the stores weight, some workers feel entitled and don't put in 100%, most shifts are about 8 hours although there has been some 10-12 hour shifts on rare occasions.
