Toxic culture driven from the top. ELT make decisions that are not thought out well and consistently change priorities. They do not support growth in team members and dictate rather than engage. Ethics of ELT is questionable. HR work for ELT. They do not support the people below. RUOK days at WINC are a joke. I would question the positive responses regarding this company. Leaders are aware that Glassdoor is an avenue new candidates read.
