Total lack of respect for personal or professional leave of absences before one year - FMLA is your only protection. Once you have accrued 5 absences within one year you are automatically terminated.
Furthermore “points” accrued before our one year milestone is achieved do not count towards FMLA protection and only roll over/ disappear after the anniversary date of said accrual.
