Originally did not believe all the bad reviews and decided to join anyway, that's obviously been a mistake. Average to low pay Management is careless and onboarding is close to nothing Comms are a joke Lots of internal dysergy, no one knows anything, you need to go and get your own answers if you care Customer service is highly disregarded Mandatory Mon-Tue-Fri in the office with no flexibility when half the clients/prospects are in the office Tue to Thu so you eventually need to come in those days for face to face meetings Absolutely terrible place to work in line with reviews
