      Pros

      Different things to do in your role.

      Cons

      Lack of class and respect from management. You have to self achieve within your role with no help from management when you really need it but your good record of results is forgotten about if you have a bad day. In other words you are a name and number, nothing else.

      It 's and easy job, been doing it for a while, Pay is fine, WFH 2 days per week.

      Cons

      none for me. This is a job, not a lifestyle, so as long as i'm paid fairly, I don't have any expectations beyond that.

      Legal team was able to work remotely.

      Parts of the company in different parts of the world received much more time off than we did in America.
