Fantastic company to work , virtually no stress at all, you get access to speak to anyone in the bussiness, even the Directors of the company will have time for you. Where else do you get a Business working on Buddhist Ethical Principles No Dress code!!

not much salary, very good company

Senior management were always friendly and approachable. They encouraged a positive outlook and encouraged feedback from employees. They also sent us vitamins at the beginning of winter and enourages staff to look after themselves which is a nice touch :)

Not many opportunities for progression.
