Pros

Lunch served everyday and evenings in heavy season

Cons

- management is a mess - very rude management - owner is extremely rude - ridiculous hours (avg 10/day without overtime or reasonable pay) - pay cut - ceo can never make a decision for himself and is consistently bullied by sales team - weird dynamic between ceo and owner that creates a not-functional work environment - alot of favoritisim

Pros

The collaboration and team work is outstanding. You can tell that all employees have a passion for food and event design. There are extremely talented sales staff lead by our CEO, This is great company. I am honored to be part of this team.

Pros

Employees get free food, but I'd much rather be given a higher salary and be shown some respect.

Cons

Working here is stressful and physically exhausting! You have to handle heavy workloads and keep up with unreasonably tight deadlines all the time, and you won't even receive an ounce of appreciation because management looks down on employees!
