Don't work there - Researcher Windrose Vision Employee Review

-Small team consisting of 3-5 people -Gain a lot of experience quickly -Given the small team, you will learn how to be effective as everybody has a role in completing each task -Pro or Con depending on who you are: the CEO is very blunt and will let you know if the work isn't sufficient. I felt the CEO was consistent in her critiques .. Never took it personally, because it absolutely was not personal. I look at it as a pro because I started at Windrose in my mid 20's and it has helped me develop good working habits moving forward -Unless the team is behind on a deliverable, you can generally expect to leave on-time at the end of the workday (5:30PM) -Located in the heart of Fairfax with easy parking

-Madeleine can be tough, particularly as deadlines approach. On the plus side, but Madeleine can be as pleasant as she is tough. -May take time to earn Madeleine's trust

The projects can be interesting.

The biggest problem with this company is the CEO. I have never worked with such poor management until Windrose. The CEO has serious personality problems and does not know how to manage a company. She constantly yells at her employees when she is in a bad mood or stressed out. She also expects everyone to do their job perfectly and gets frustrated when employees do not do it her way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If you are reading this review, take my advice and seriously go look for a different job. Employee turnover is high because they cannot deal with the CEO.
