Pros
The frontline positions / all non-management team members are amazing to work with and create relationships with. There are also great first-line supervisors with a ton of potential that bring great energy and knowledge to their teams.
Great perks, good opportunities for team member recognition and events. The work itself was rewarding and fulfilling, most of the staff is friendly and have a sense of humor.
Cons
The HR director is unprofessional, offensive, and shockingly incompetent. There is a lot of inequality, favoritism, and biased among almost all of the directors. This stems into bigger issues with each department as complaints and issues arise. I would just be very careful if you work here and have an issue that would call for HR interference, not to mention if you are applying to work in HR under her (Janet).
