-Some of the smartest humans you will ever meet who are building technology that will change how developers interact with code - A GTM org who supports each other, celebrates each others wins, and is extremely "in the boat" together. Most inspiring environment I've been in in my career. High performers who are also really kind and want to win. - Making investments in key areas (outside of sales and eng) early. World class enablement function, world class revops function, early investment in partner motions. Lot of focus on things that can be force multipliers (or blockers, depending on how they go) early on which is super promising. - Huge market demand for what we're building. The enterprise first approach to how we've built is striking a positive chord with the market. - And again, the people. So fired up by the team and culture we have.
