Windward Software has been around for over 40 years and we are grateful to our customers for their patronage and to our employees for believing in what we do and contributing to our longevity. Culture is a difficult thing to change. We want to retain the people who have built the business over so many years and who continue to contribute great work. Senior leadership has changed, but as you have said, memories and mindsets, including old biases take time transform and we have to routinely check our biases and listen. Customers are critical to Windward Software's success. We must continue to listen to customer feedback, proactively engage with our customers, and strive to provide great solutions and services for them. As the CEO/GM of the business, I truly believe that employees are the key in all of this. People who care about customers and each other, who feel listened to and seen, who feel rewarded by the work they do together for customers, and who are provided with a work environment that supports them and their families. Windward continuously works to provide this. We are not perfect at meeting everyone's needs. Everyone plays a role in making Windward Software a great place to work. We are each responsible for our own happiness and for bringing our best selves to every human interaction. Each person has an influence at Windward Software. Thank you so much for your feedback!

Thank you so much for your positive review! In my role as CEO/GM it is difficult to know for certain if employees feel valued. Employee retention is very healthy. That is one measure. We work hard to recognize our employees and we certainly value every single person who works at Windward. We are a smaller team and everyone is seen and heard. Everyone's contributions really count. I sure hope every single person at Windward knows how much they mean to the company. Since the pandemic arrived in early 2020, all employees have been working remotely. We take our cues from our people and regular employee surveys tell me and the leadership team that our people enjoy the work-from-home environment and the flexibility it offers. We have found that the elimination of work-to-home commuting costs and the associated time saving is appreciated. Introducing summer hours on Fridays and really understanding the value of flexibility for people so they can get to personal appointments and childcare drop-offs and pick-ups are really important in normal family life. There are unfortunate trade-offs, which include less social fun and team interactions. People miss just being together. The value of water-cooler meetups and casual, unscheduled chats cannot be minimized and are really missed by many. With reference to the product: the core of the System Five solution depends on time-tested business logic and tech, that is true. We continue to phase in new technologies for customers, via our cloud solutions, Add-ons, Integrations and Mobile solutions. We seek to introduce new, proven technologies. We will not be stuck in the past. It is important to provide customers with reliable, proven solutions that work so their businesses can operate without disruption and downtime. Yes, it is still very effective and thank you for recognizing that. Thank you again for your review. As a current employee, we truly appreciate you and your choice to be part of Windward Software.

Work from Home or Work from Anywhere... doesn't matter. Contacting the Director team is no problem Use of Microsoft Teams and other tools for daily interactions with each other Get to help Small and Medium Businesses "level up"

Cons

If you don't thrive in a Virtual (Work from Home) Environment, this is not for you!

Thank you so much for the positive feedback! Yes, things have changed so much since Windward Software was acquired by Volaris Group in July 2019. We have made changes in the Senior Leadership Team and are guided by business practices that have been proven to build strong lasting companies.
