Pros
Very supportive and positive environment. With was fair and paid well. The projects they work on are always very interesting. Usually social, political, or health related.
Cons
Can be somewhat unresponsive from time to time when working remote. Though that may be a symptom of remote work in general. GFX requested were usually very simple. Mainly text and lower thirds.
