Pros

None - didn't get a chance to actually work there

Cons

This company cancelled my full time work contract a week before I was due to start working with them. At that point it was too late to go back to my previous job because it had been offered to someone else during my notice period so I ended up jobless overnight. They send this 'cancellation' by email while I was on holiday when they knew there was nothing I could do about it which was even sneakier. The worst experience of my whole life! I am now on benefits while I'm trying to find another job but benefits cannot sustain me for long so I'm faced with either becoming homeless or having to move back to my parents who live in another country. That is if I can afford to pay a ticket to get back. Every attempt made to come to some sort of compromise such as a shorter contract or even another role in another department failed. They refused without any justifications other than "we lost a big a client and can't afford to pay you anymore". Going through a financial meltdown it was probably better to get rid of the black person they will never have to meet rather than someone of their own. This company created a catastrophic situation in my life and never seem to care much. I obviously do not recommend anyone working for them. But if you must... good luck!

Pros

If you really need some £ for your daily food, it does the job…

Cons

Unprofessional and judging seniors. People are treated unfairly and emotionally rather than maturely and professionally. The tops of the the business seems to have favour of who pleased and flattered them most. The team heads, especially in term of research (which is the core of their business), cares more on the report “good-looking” than true & fair, moral code and marketing-reflective. As a junior employee, It would be very likely to sink in trouble if you point out a mistake of your seniors, because the research heads intend to smooth it down, lie to the top management for their own benefits and take no reaction. But, once the problem reached a client-complaint stage or cause further alarming problems, you would be blamed - because only the team heads have access to the top management, so that all faults will be dumped to you, and you would hardly get a chance to defence yourself. I think that’s why lots people left within a year - me too - dealing with office politics is just a waste of your life
