Pros
Forever work from home; Helps you land a client as soon as possible; Wing provides a structure of Corporate work and somehow flexibility of having a client as you'll be able to speak with the client and voice out your concern or how you'd like to tackle your tasks; You won't be alone on the journey - There's an engagement team so it won't be all work no play ;) Screen Capture is only for a certain period - not the entire duration of working with Wing. I find this super admirable and respectable especially since the equipment used were our devices (unless the client wanted to provide one which happens in some cases) and tasks vary from one client to another.
Cons
The rate isn't that high and the engagement prices are not enticing at all - almost kind of a joke (as some would say).
