1. Very toxic culture 2. They prefer their favourite person over the qualified one. 3. Poor leadership 4. No monetary benefit apart from your salary. 5. You might receive threats for very small things or mistakes. 6. No growth opportunity 7. Salary comes 6-7 days late 8. No proper HR department to register complain. 9. I think they have NO-LEAVE POLICY. You will get 1 sick leave in one month if you don't take it. It will not be converted into cash. 10. Your caption/supervisor will ask you to get in call during your shift anytime that is also for very minor things which could have been neglected or texted. Hence interfaring in your actual work. Then they might ask you to work for more hours to cover the task. All the best!!
