the Supervisors are accomodating but the higher ups i feel like has full politics ad very questionable policies
Cons
people arent allowed to use all of their leaves in a month. They have this weird policy to use 5 leaves only even if you technically have 20 and if you're new you can only use 2 leaves. Just because your employees are filipinos and you arent bound by law, you should treat them as humans. Dont go to this company
