      Pros

      Great Staff at the time, everyone had each others back at work.

      Cons

      The work flow was unorganized and at peak hours it was complete chaos. There were two big sections, a front room and a back room. Some nights, we would be way understaffed and there would be 2 waitresses up front and one covering the entire back room, bar included. I don't know how its run now, 4 years later, but when I worked there, it was barely manageable.

      Pros

      They allow you to have a flexible schedule while also getting the amount of shifts that you need. I have always use this as a part-time job during school and in the summer as a full-time along with coming home on breaks and working I love this job so much the people at this company are truly my family now.

      Cons

      Some of the cons are that there are a lot of new hires that come and go. In the restaurant business is hard to get long-term employees.
