Toxic managers, if your face doesn’t fit you don’t get anywhere, huge staff turn around, due to manager. A lot of bullying of staff, poor wages no sick pay

Friendly, supportive Team to work with. As a job that can be very patient demanding at times, the team and Manager are incredibly supportive to each other and at times when needed we all boost each others morale. Lovely clean building with aircon in all offices. Manager very accommodating to personal circumstances, always encouraged to take breaks and leave on time, and encouraged to achieve full potential. GP's very friendly and approachable.

Patient abuse towards staff. No sickpay.
