Pros
Their mission to help low income people get to their doctor's appointment.
Cons
Micromanagement is unlike anything I've ever seen before here. Everybody is stretched thin , expected to do everything even if it's outside your job responsibility. Pre shift and post shift huddles are unpaid. NO lunch breaks. You work the entire 8 hours PLUS a combined two 15 minute break which are supposed to be paid. Unpaid overtime is also the norm, and not optional. What’s worse is the toxic management culture. Anne, the operations manager, frequently belittles employees in public chats for making mistakes, and Dylan, the head of operations, is way worse depending on his mood. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. People don't last more that 2-3 months here. Not surprising.
