There are many concerns.
1) He doesn't know how to talk with employees.
2) He misbehaves in office premises with girls employees too.
3) He involves his personal relations in Office.
4) Above of all, he makes fraud with employees in proving their salary. He has not given my 2 months salary.
5) I left his company in Apr,2018 due to his misbehavior and salary concern and he has not provided my 2 months salary yet.
6) I am not the only one, there are many employee who left this company along with me and he didn't provide the salary to anyone.
7) His father is a CA and he takes that benefit in dealing the legal case against him,
8) He cheats to his client. Once any client catch him then he gives his employees number (specially any ladies employee) to client then client abuses the employees due to fraud done by Harsh.
