Lots of autonomy that continues whilst your productive. Lots of proactive projects ongoing to improve the products, ways of working and IT etc.

Pay increases are a nightmare to get to match inflation. You literally have to get another job offer and say you're leaving before its even considered, and by that point you're already one foot out the door mentally, and struggle to get back on track if you do decide to stay. Extremely demotivating. Work/life balance is hit and miss with some staff correctly being allowed it, whilst others having to fight very hard, and some get rejected for insufficient reasons.
