No Living Income and Low Hours - Retail Sales Associate Winners Employee Review

Part-time employees are in a class of their own. They are provided with low hours to about 4 hour shifts daily and on a weekly basis only get about 2-3 shifts. It's literally a waste of time going to work. If you take public transportation then you minus travel expenses which will result in your daily wages being lower. This is not a job if you depend on paying bills. This is a job for students or children or individuals still living at home and don't have to pay living expenses. Perfect job for retirees deciding to work as well living on their pension to kill time or to find things to buy from Homesense and/or Winners with the discount. The company tends to overhire for the stores so they have enough bodies to play chess with (pawns) to cover shifts without providing any company benefits which include dental and health. It's a common strategy used in retail when you have enough "slaves" to staff from opening to closing with short shifts.
