Pros
Honestly, no pros besides it's a job if you need one. If I were talking about old managers, I would praise them because they were great.
Cons
Before management changed (store manager), I would say everyone did their job well. I noticed 1-2 years before I left, hiring went down, people don't care to do their job and leave their mess for the next person to clean up. Worked there for a number of years while in college and afterwards. This is once the store manager changed and new people got hired. Got sick and came back 1 month later and alot of manager went to different store or got promoted, the new manager in charge of shift would only give me one shift a week and once even asked to cancel my one shift.
