Bad Experience - Anonymous employee Winning Smiles Employee Review

If you like being kept in the dark and unappreciated then this is the job for you. Scrub allowance? Never saw it. Not happy with insurance. Management and staff is always changing. Questions are always unanswered. Focus is more on pushing production and products down patients throats now. Winning Smiles was great before NADG took over. If your clinical your going to be doing admins job as well. No match 401k. Granted I only worked at one office. The other offices may be better. I was not happy with my experience.
