      Pros

      The benefits and on the job training are above par. There is plenty of work. Received good training.

      Cons

      The pay for everyone excluding management is horrible. Supervisors are drunks. Do not take care of maintenance on their machines. No sick time days. Not enough helpers due to the word on the street of pay.
