My coworkers have been incredibly supportive. Working with them makes my job a lot less stressful than it would’ve been, and I’m grateful for their company.

Employees are overworked and underpaid. The compensation we receive doesn’t match our workloads and the expectations placed on us at all. Leadership expects us to take on multiple roles, make zero mistakes, and meet unreasonable demands without any support, all while we get paid an insultingly low salary and receive no benefits. There isn’t much room to advance as well because of how biased the leadership is; they blatantly play favorites, and unless you have a direct connection to them or are lucky enough to get on their good side, you aren’t going to be seeing any success, regardless of how hard you work.
