      The President treats you like family. He overpays you and values you and your opinions. You'll be promoted quickly if you care and work hard. Maintaining a strong, good company culture is also very important to the owner and entire team.

      Cons

      You have to work really hard here, and it's expected that you'll take pride and care about your work and the company as a whole.

      The people at Winslow are great to work starting from the top and across the entire company. It's a pleasure to work with everyone at Winslow who create our collaborative and friendly work environment.
