      Rooted in deep history. Smaller company so you're not just another number. Close connections with your co-workers.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a bit of micromanagement that can happen. Not much room to move upwards, but perhaps can move within departments.

      Management structure is poor. Unless you have been at the company for many years, there is a great deal of favoritism.
