Salary - Anonymous employee Winston Resources Employee Review

While working with them i find that the pay is not the greatest because i am paid $15 an hour at one facility and $16 at another and $14.50 at another, so it is like we get the pay hike and then it still will average out to only $15 an hour. It is like $16 an hour is narrowed down to the $14.50 an hour. not good at all and they seem to think we do not see this!
