      Pros

      Some teams are great to work with. Ability to WFH.

      Cons

      Progression is hard due to long timers, who usually end up coasting. Much lower salary compared to other financial institutions. No bonuses over the last few years. HR pick their friends and new hires do not seem to be based on their ability. Diversity and inclusion? No.
