1. On time salary nothing more. 2. Though you might see several cons below, some of the folks were good there and they are just stuck over there due to some reasons.
Cons
1. You're not a developer, you're a slave. That's how they treat people. You're expected to stay late till 12/1. Why does the HR doesn't clearly communicate this at the time of joining? Why fool people? 2. HOE keeps bragging about how he has built companies, but he has zero humility and people skills. He is quite arrogant and a difficult person to work with. 3. HR is quite incompetent and have to reach out several times to get something done. 4. Zero flexibility in terms of remote working. 5. You work six days alternately and the work pressure is such that if a thing gets skipped, you're asked that you should have resolved it during weekends. But where the hell are weekends? 6. People in middle management are not ready to listen to developers. Overall quite a toxic place to work with. Never join such a place which affects your mental peace. I guess the positive reviews here are the paid ones.
