      Pros

      The company is working on something innovative and motivating, especially in the current geopolitical landscape. The problems we tackle in the engineering department are stimulating, it's not just another e-commerce/ads company.

      Cons

      The company had market related ups and downs in the many years I worked there, especially pre and immediately after Covid-19. There has been some hard years when we had to let go of some people due to restructuring, and two CEOs were replaced in a short time. The situation is different now, but of course it has affected those that lost their job in that time.

      Pay is OK. Berlin has tons of startups.

      From 2022-2024, went through 4 CEOs, 5 CROs, 3 CFOs, 2 HR heads. Each one and each combination had a different way to run the company. No common end goal.
