The team at the WAVE facility in SLC is amazing and dedicated. The product is awesome and the technology is truly ground breaking. Overall the team and management on site and the sales team is dedicated to making this business succeed.
Cons
The financial management of this business and the complete lack of transparency about the true financial situation especially by the parent company, Ideanomics is a complete joke. They were able to squander away a massive amount of cash through irresponsible spending and a complete lack of market understanding and comprehension of the operating companies it owns. The team at WAVE has suffered through the past 7 months of furlough, layoffs and now failure of the business to meet payroll. Yet somehow the team continues to dedicate tons of time towards success. Vendors are seeing hundreds of thousands in past due invoices. Employees are maxing out personal credit cards to keep projects and business moving forward. Like the shareholders, Ideanomics treats its employees like mushrooms … feeding them crap and keeping them in the dark. Likely most great talent will be out the door soon if/when they do without another paycheck.
