This is a place for actual engineering! The environment is one where there is little tolerance for poor attitudes, or those who don't pull their weight. I learned a great deal here because management didn't keep me at the same level of responsibility as that of my original position. They saw I was willing to learn more and develop technically and they gave me the opportunity. My last workplace was a larger company with team members who didn't pull their weight. WSS was a breath of fresh air. Unfortunately I had to take a step back due to family issues but I learned alot and enjoyed my time there.

More team-building events would be good. They started doing this as I left but initially there wasn't that much.

If you are an experienced hand, adept at dealing with a manager who is extremely difficult to work for, the place for you Free lunch if you are being grossly underpaid :) An arbitrary 3-month evaluation period which is not mentioned in their original job description

Lied about salary offer Manager shouts at you, treats other employees poorly, uses foul language when describing other employees, customers and vendors Manager hovers over you, keeps asking you stupid questions every 15 minutes Management is comprised of 3 members of the same family Highly unprofessional Wish to exploit international students, go as far as to label them as "illegals", underpay them.
