Pros
Great commission structure. Wireless Zone's are all independently owned, which will vary the experience from store to store. Great step up from your traditional retail jobs.
Cons
Most stores are commission only, it is kind of a sink or swim environment. This can lead to some employees taking advantage of customers. Hopefully you find a good store with a good owner and employees.
