There are very few pros for this company: You get 40 hours Most coworkers are good to work with Communion structure is alright Flexible pricing for closing sales
Cons
Little to no upper management support I don't think this company even has a dedicated HR department The work place is full of drama with no manager or any upper management intervention to bring it to a stop. Most of the stores have a outdated feeling and you just slap the the new plano grams right over the old Hourly pay is a joke right above minimum wage Due to only a limited amount of stores little to no advancement
