Pros
Schedule is nice, hours are nice, learn a lot about customer service and how to talk to people, you learn a lot about how to crunch numbers.
Cons
Pay is very low for the amount of work, commission is very low for the amount you sell and how hard you work to hit your goals, goals are very high, management is not very good as far as communication and respect, lots of things happening behind your back, just a very stressful work environment, it is not motivating to sell when there's not much pay.
