Not great - Digital Marketing Executive Wisby Employee Review

- A diverse and friendly workplace - A good place to begin your career - Some very nice people - A respectable environment (for Hexpress only) (Wisby is both Hexpress and Comfort Click.)

- Not much movement in terms of training and development. - Limited progression after a certain point. - High turnover in staff which leaves the place disjointed. - A strange clique-like atmosphere with the downstairs office (Comfort Click). - Next to no benefits and non-competitive salary. One thing that has become very apparent since leaving is the level of immaturity and unprofessionalism mainly coming from Comfort Click, which brings the whole company down. Overall it was ok working there but the moral boundaries were well and truly crossed by the end. This is something I can't mention in detail in this review if it is allowed to be posted but there were some very alarming situations, especially from the Comfort Click office.

Good chance of progression. The company is very open for you to define your own roles. If you are early in your career, you will benefit a lot. You will also meet a lot of people from around the world.

Occasionally, you might feel that a strategy change has come on a whim, as it disappears after a few weeks because it's not being managed. A bit random.
