- Well resourced - Highly organized - Great mentorship - Great pay for organizing - Great benefits - Fair hours and good union support

- Highly bureaucratized, leads to a lack of organizational transparency at times - Communication between deps. and teams isn't always great - Staffing was not always adequate to size of regions/metric goals - At times can be overly metrics driven/at times metric goals can be unrealistic All in all nitpicks in grand scheme of things, excellent state party to work with
