Pros
-Quite organized compared to other similar companies -Very understanding supervisors as well, tend to try to work around your schedule and very helpful with vacation time -Much better stratified, incremental positions for advancement -Staff does an incredible job trying to get to the bottom of a problem and solving it -As a whole WEAP is very resourceful and knowledgable
Cons
-Really can not get around this, but it is hard for some senior therapists to get a good understanding of the capabilities of the line therapists. Some people that deserve advancement may not receive it. Although the ones that have moved forward I agree are excellent. -Work life balance can be awful based on your scheduling.
