Pros
Provides great training resource when learning about children with autism and how to respond to them. People are nice and HR is incredibly helpful.
Cons
Hard to become full time because of having to navigate working with multiple children. Some homes are great environments some are pretty bad. High turnover so many homes are understaffed.
