Training for new hire technicians has recently become extensive and more informative Your clients will be the absolute best Invested families that advocate for their kids Funny coworkers that keep you sane
Cons
Field training for new hires needs work Pay, small raises used to make you feel good Lack of paid maternity leave and any decent benefits (you have to either apply for short term disability or use up your pto that you earned hoping to use for possible sick days) Upper management needs a LOT of work If you’re upper management or friendly with supervisors, they’ll overlook a lot (very much a good ‘ol boys club)
