Cons
-right away people think this company is a scam when it is not - why would a sam's club ever allow a) a bs company in their doors or b)something that is a pyramid scheme in their building
-too many people are easily influenced by others and should make their own opinions
-you can easily be replaced if you don't have a good work ethic - just like in a sports team
-if you have too many bad days you won't make as much money as you want
-we don't have enough managers yet
-some employees are not responsible enough to handle minor responsibilities or manage others, yet alone manage themselves and blame it on the current managers
