The employees were all really nice and easy to get along with. There were many things you could work on and take on multiple roles. The management was all very approachable and they made you feel valued.

Job Security - If you have a traumatic life experience that causes short-term issues at work they will not hesitate to fire you and will not work with you regardless of how valued you are in the company. In a very humiliating way too.
