8 hour shifts so you always know what time you will be done regardless of which shift you work. Most of my co-workers were enjoyable to work with.

This company makes its own parts and yet they constantly run out. You are expected to watch 2 to 4 machines at one time Because they can't keep enough help here. Unless you are Management's favorite., They will constantly be on your case regardless of the work you do. This company has a very high turnover and cannot keep employees. They have changed management 7 times in less than 9 years. You will start out as a temp but keep your options open for something better. They fire people on a regular basis. Layoffs are pretty high or just being sent home early because they don't have enough work due to out of Parts. They are also only about the numbers and quality has a tendency to go way down.
