A lot of room to make improvements at the company and implement your ideas. Team is super welcoming and helpful. Working with clients and seeing their business ideas come to life is some impactful. Lots to do to stay busy! Great work-life balance. You can choose your schedule and they are really flexible. Opportunity for remote work after training period.

Statewide organization is a little toxic because they are territorial and do not want to go out of their way to help clients. The EC branch is fantastic though and stays out of the drama for the most part. Some clients can get interesting, but the team is supportive and everyone helps each other get through it.
