1. 12 hours working everyday including Saturday and almost every other Sunday. 2. They initially say they have two other partner firms but its all managed and operated by the same guy under different E-mail ID's 3. office is a two bedroom house with Four employees of which three are named director's. 4. High attrition and immense work pressure (you are expected to work even at the airport awaiting your flight) 5. Extensive travel domestically including Sunday i.e, little allowance provided with expenses for food and miscellaneous on yourself. 6. cheap odd timing flights to travel and poor stay facility. 7. request for Leaves is a Big NO! 8. no set structure or work JD, you will be expected to do all sorts of work, rules manipulated as per owner's needs. 9. unprofessional workethics 10. all cost of travel withing banglore on the employee 11. NO PF, NO Insurance, NO Cabs, NO Cafeteria, No Medical allowance, No scheduled leaves. 12. please be careful while signing the contract, there is a catch if you quit, you may have to pay for the rest of the 1st yrs remaining month's salary. 13. Open door policy. The founder is approachable and plays a facilitator's role. It's okay to disagree with him, that's appreciated. You can speak your mind here. The team is small but well-knit.

They have potential, but they work at their own pace. The products they have can be sold better. They must soup-up their sales and marketing efforts. Too much focus on Creativity.
